But why would you, as a consumer, want a game to be on handheld rather than console? That doesn't make sense to me. Console games have more production values, better graphics, etc. It's just bigger and better. Some games fit handhelds perfectly but some other, mainly RPGs in this case, can only be better on consoles.

I mean, I wouldn't want a game like Skyward Sword on the 3DS, but something like Spirit Tracks or Minish Cap is just fine.

3ds or not I don't care more games the better IMO. However, with my wii u I notice I do a ton more off screen play than big screen time, maybe that's nintendos play. Dam I wish they made the button lay out the same so I could download 3ds games to my wii u... O man imagine that was possible. Touch screen in our hands big screen to play man that be sweet. I also have no frackin clue if that was ever mention but I'm high on pain meds from my broken lower back that I'm in la la land right now :)

Very nice! I picked up two copies on launch day. One for me and one for my gf. Unfortunately, I've been busy since then so I've only played about an hour do it so.

The game has been sold out in all the places I've checked around here though. I'm glad I pre-ordered. DQ7 should have good sales and give the 3ds a HW boost.

not that US and european sales are shy... but they could do better than this...
