Thanks for the telling us the obvious Sony would be stupid to just focus on hardware specs as a selling point they are after the casual market as well despite what some members on here would want you to believe.
as long as the most important selling point is games. i could care less bout anything else.
Sony is in a decent position to grab a lot of market share this upcoming gen.... but they also might be creating a cluster**** of a system with no clear direction at too high of a price point. We'll see, but I predict major problems for them if this thing launches at over $400 in North America. That might even be too high for people.
Just marketing speak, probably, not a big deal either way. Most likely it will have all kinds of interactive elements but so will the 720. A lot of it is expected stuff.
I'm hoping for major integration with the Vita and that they use the conference on the 20th to get a LOT of Vita press in, especially how it interconnects with the PS4.

Wait... so Sony is actually going to emulate Nintendo's philosophy with home consoles and not focus purely on higher specs to sell it?
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I suppose.

like they didn't do that with PS1 and PS2.
Well they do need something besides improved specs. The PS3 did not sell solely on how powerful it was, it was also a blu ray player, so I think this could be a good idea for Sony.
