If Sony was willing to share licensing royalties and give Nintendo input on hardware (specifically controller design), along with complete autonomy on their own software development, I think this would be an ideal fit. Co-branding as well (meaning the Nintendo logo has to be on the box of any hardware that has Nintendo games on it, of course the Sony logo can be there also).

Considering console gaming would be dead and buried without Nintendo, the only way I could forgive them and still buy their games is if they joined the PC gaming master race.

Then we'd be the supreme PC gaming master race, playing Mario Kart along with Warcraft 3 and Counter Strike on LAN parties.

Fuck that. If Nintendo ever goes multiplat (they won't), it would be much better to see them supporting consoles. I can't imagine playing Zelda on a fucking iPhone.

Nintendo would never go multiplat, they'd rather take all their IPs with them.
