So the cartoony style gets brought back for the Wind Waker remake. The proper Zelda will be different.

This is exactly what I was going to say, word for word.
I think they couldn't really decide on one because they liked two styles in HD almost equally, the Wind Waker style and either TP/OoT or SS style. Personally I hope they make it look like the 2011 demo, but better (like they've always done; 1995 demo < OoT/MM, 2000 demo < TP). Both from a business stand-point and because I think the semi-realistic fantasy style of OoT/TP fits the series best.
