Actually, I have a cousin at Sony that told me that PS4 will do the same. And another cousin at Nintendo told me that pressure from publishers will cause Ninty to do the same in a firmware update.

it appears the 720 rumours are begining to make sence. microsoft will push for a digital content box, that was supposed to be the future!

I would be so pissed off with other investors if I had recently bought gamestop shares. Its just a damn rumour investors are so gullible

Does anyone remember/know how the market reacted when the rumor came out?
Maybe they are reacting this way because EDGE is a respectable magazine. They didn´t put it up as a rumor, but based on "Sources with first-hand experience of Microsoft’s next generation console have told us..." and "Our source has also confirmed that..."

That KAZ comment is awesome! :D

EDGE seems REALLY confident that Xbox 720 will block used games while PS4 will not.....

This could make publishers happy and lead to XBox exclusives which in turn could lead to most people flocking to PS4 instead of Xbox, therefore these exclusives on Xbox wouldn't sell well.

Basically this is a bad idea. Microsoft and Sony hold the power, if publishers keep demanding they block used games, they need to say NO.

Actually, EA sent a video to Nintendo with a cute little puppy. They said they would shoot him dead if Wii U continues allowing used games. 



Bet with jetforcejiminy: PS4 will pass the Wii lifetime numbers.

...u really think so? Developers love the sound of this.  Interview some developers and ask what do they think of this instead of relying on your opinions.
