If this is true then the descision for my next gen console just got easier.

I can't see MS doing this without knowing Sony is planning the same as it would be suicide. Unless they have COD as an exclusive.

I don't mind if you want to play on another console, you should have to bring your hardrive with your account or have to download your account. If you sell the game the second hand owner would have to register the game, pay a fee to the software company to reregister the game. Or maybe the game comes with a code to enter to play it, once the code is entered on your console or account, it doesn't have to be entered again. Once again making the second hand owner pay a fee to play second hand. I'm sorry but gamestop has destroyed to many software companies to let things go as they have. The always online I don't agree with.

I mean all that sells is first person shooters, soon if something is not done, all our games will be like COD. This allows games that want to take a different path, to do so and not have to get a massive following not to fail. I like when software companies take a chance. Our best games are from chances taken in the past and sometime it took time to catch on.

However this won't happen. Not likely and if so, sony is going to be in line with this too. The software giants will be the ones to pulling the cords on this.

Nah not at the moment. The only thing is we saw a patent for anti used games from Sony. But they had one of those even before the ps3 launched too. So fingers crossed that it won't be a reality

While some(i said some) people think always online+no second hand games are true,at the same time they also act like MS doesn't have internet aka always offline in their company,because they think MS will don't care the reaction after these wired negative rumors...but they do care.

And if they don't,that means they(MS) are always offline,i don't buy a console "can't" online
