Huge impact on smaller games that have little/no marketting. Especially PC games.
Yogscast for example were pretty huge for Minecraft. Total Biscuit has been pretty big for numerous smaller games and pushing interest in e-sports as a whole with his "WTF is" series and tournament stuff.
Hell. elpresador single handedly pushed over 10 Million PS3s!
