As long as the game itself isn't Japanese but has clearly 'borrowed' some of its aesthetics from other Japanese games then he'll love it. Also make sure you're horribly up yourself and that your game has absolutely no difficulty or concept of challenge; also ensure it is void of a sense of gratification upon its completion.
