For the guys curious about the similar GPU in PC.

Perfomance without console optmizations.

And that's at twice the pixels PS4 will output at 1080p. :D

a problem I see with these rumored specs is the Texture units / ROPs
the 7970M (the Liverpool GPU is said to be based on) has 80 texture units and 160 ROPs ..

HD 7970M have 32 ROPs... the same than the Orbis.

I don't think I would pay higher than $400 for it. If I do, it better come in with some free minigames or something. I can only imagine games will go up to $70 a pop.

@ethomaz Which one of those graphics cards will the PS4 be using according to this leak? Sorry I'm very bad at this LOL.

The specs are a little better than the HD 7850... so that's the mostly close graphic card in the chartz.

The resolution I got have almost 2x more pixel than the 1080p.

MONSTER!

1T in the future fxxk! DIGITAL EXCLUSIVE GAMING here I COME!

if it comes with a 500 gig hard drive then there is no need to upgrade 500 is plenty and they are cheap enough
these specs have ben floatig around cant waite to see the games... launch price will be 499

VITA 32 GIG CARD.250 GIG SLIM & 160 GIG PHAT PS3

From VGLeaks comments...

Soon we will detail what is composing each CU and its 14+4 division.

Also, we will provide more info about the GPU and extra components listed in the article.

Seems like 14 CUs for graphics and 4 CUs for compute (GPGPU).

OR

Seems like when the system doesn't need the full CUs it uses 4 CUs only but at full power all the 18 CUs are used (power efficience = less consumption).

On a hardware level, this falls short of a really expensive high end PC. And compares directly to a mid-high end gaming pc.

But given the massive step up this is over current gen hardware....i think we looking at a pretty dam good step up in visuals.

Intel Core i7 3770K [3.5GHz]|MSI Big Bang Z77 Mpower|Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1866 2 x 4GB|MSI GeForce GTX 560 ti Twin Frozr 2|OCZ Vertex 4 128GB|Corsair HX750|Cooler Master CM 690II Advanced|

I hope it's not more then £299 tbh

It's not a Core i7 + GTX 680 machine but I can live with 8 core A10 + HD 7850 in the next gen .
