People who don't understand the difference between lines of products and the company's direction as a whole should listen to the other posters who make more sense.

There is no sense to be made here.RE making games is not innovative that's the bottom line.

They're a business, and a business has the aim of making money. So they make remakes.
At the same time (this is where you didn't get the memo), the company is innovative in its new games, with new content. Games like Wii Sports, Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Brothers are all innovative.
But you're not here for that, you're here to bash Nintendo. Well guess what pal, that's not new to us, and you'll be bashing your head against a brick wall at this stage so for now I'll just say: "enjoy the ride".

look I realize you are pretty new to the gaming world
But Nintendo does innovate and remake which is nothing new
upping a game into HD is not copying just like releasing a next gen console after someone ells does is not copying
