Well, they should already work in the Wii-emulation, if you transferred your data from Wii. It's definitely more comfortable if they are directly available in WiiU though.

I have the feeling, Majoras Mask is something that is more to expect for 3DS.

I know. I just saw somewhere that Nintendo were considering between MM and A Link to the Past to remake in HD. And I got my hopes up! 3DS would be awesome, but a HD remake would make my decade!

The only thing that i dont like on this awesome pikmin 3 graphics is this plane and "low" resolution texture ground, all the other things are unbelievable beautiful.
pikmin have small feet they would fall over "high" textures
Tsubasa Ozora

Not trying to defend the ground cause they could do something better, but its not your typical ground. I mean what woudl we typically expect? Some nice foliage, grass, ect.
Except this is bug size and hte giant "trees" are actually grass and flowers now. So really all they can do is have it be dirt. Little dissapointing dirt though as you pointed out.
Great news. I can't wait for Yoshi's Epic Yarn!
I don’t understand why people are making a big deal that WW is being remade and not MM, we will get MM on the 3DS eventually. While it’s definitely odd that they’re remaking a game with (IMO) timeless graphics, Nintendo knows what they’re doing.
What do you think makes more sense, rebuilding three games with three different art styles/graphic engines, or remaking three games with two? Remakes don’t cost as much as making a game from the ground up, but when Nintendo’s been bleeding out the ass for a majority of the last two years anything they can do that makes production more cost effective is necessary.
The 3DS is sporting some 25 million users compared to 2.5 million on the Wii U. Wind Waker is a much more accessible game, and it draws in casuals moreso than the series’ darkest game. A Majora’s mask remake is more likely to succeed on the 3DS because it’s got a rapidly growing install base and it piggy-backs on the 4 million(?) copies OOT3D has sold. It can afford to be less accessible.
OT- The first 20 minutes of the conference was poop, but the games gave me *some* hope for E3.
