Before WWI Serbia dreamed of uniting a lot of slavic areas into a Great Slavia, and after WWI Yugoslavia was created. Serbia is a political succsesor of Yugoslavia. In 2003, FRY was renamed to Serbia & Montenegro, after Montenegro declared independance, Serbia was the only state left that was a part of original Yugoslavia. It even kept the same capital city

I see. If the capital and government in Serbia is that of the original Yugoslavia, then I sort of get the reasoning.

Lol, dont Japan and China have Nuclear weapons? I would be more worried about the world around them if not the nations themselves.

China have them. Japan wasn´t even allowed to have an army till some time ago, part of the peace treaty they had to sign in 1945.

They can use nuclear potential for energy, and that´s it.
