They changed it a while ago that some content can only accessed from 11:00 till 03:00 in the night.. ZombiU AC3 and NG are only available then.. well except NG in germany cause germans are pussies about blood in videogames... they think about the children

I know, but with that "we have to follow german law" excuse I thoght it might not be released in the e-shop at all. Well, if the BPjM decides to ban the game now it still could be taken down.

Did you actually read the OP? Probably no one in Europe will be able to download the Game

Who cares where servers stand? And additionally the delivery-servers are rented from akamai, a cdn-provider.

I understand the OP, but it doesn't seem to be the case just from the feedback you got. It is weird that 18 rated digital titles purchases are time-restricted "due to german law", but german banned titles can be bought...

This doesn't bother me much since I won't be building a digital collection due to Nintendo's online service choices.
