I can easily see PS3 outselling the Wii-U 2:1 for the rest of the year at this point, even with if PS4 would launch this holiday.

you poor bastard. your prediction wont come true, not because the ps3 will sell less than double the WiiU. but because the PS3 looks like it will triple it now

Is there even anything that could boost Wii U sales this year? Wind Waker is the only thing that comes to mind and I feel like that won't push as many consoles as most would think.

I think the PS3 can sell alot better if they make a price cut, and I expect it to be around E3, I would be a bit annoyed if they dont make it really. They need to have a bigger userbase for their exclusives, so that more people makes the jump to the PS4 in order to play next gen entries of those games.

If we're talking about the entire year, then most certainly Wind Waker, and Mario Kart, and 3D Mario (if they make it out in time).

If we're talking about before E3, then maybe Wii U Fit and Pikmin 3 if they're out in time. Lego City and Monster Hunter will provide a small boost going into the end of March, but nothing major. Then we have stuff which was shown off at the Nintendo Direct, but we haven't heard from since. However, I'd imagine much of this to be early 2014, along with the new Smash Bros. game.

No doubt they'll be some pretty mega games at E3 (we already know Mario and Mario Kart will be there, what else?), so it's really just hope for a system restart there I think.
