Well that might be because so far there's very little to talk about. It's not exactly like we've seen much of either game yet. I'm sure more people will talk about it when there's something to discuss.

MH3 interests me, but I know very little about it, other than it being a co-operative online RPG.

Fatal Frame IV I know nothing about other than some people are hyped for it, so I won't know until much closer to release.

I'll be getting Fatal Frame IV. I love survival horrors. Monster Hunter 3, though, I don't know enough about to say. Remember that is a bigger Japanese game, so might not here it talked about as much.

If you want these games to get noticed, you need to start hype threads.
