Dude, I got 10x's more attention after I started shaving my head bald.  Women love that look.  Or at least a good percentage of them.  Best thing to ever happen to my dating life.     But not all men pull it off well.

As if the hair would be the only thing that decides if someone is cute ore not. The face is way more important than the hair. There are many handsome guys with baldness out there and there are ugly guys with extremely thick hair. And there are guys who look even better with no hair as they look with hair.

And it would be the same with girls, the girls who have now a cute face still would have a cute face even if they are bald. I think as well that it would be the exact same situatuion like it is with us guys now, no real difference. We guys still would love girls when they have a cute face even if they would be bald.

Just as a point of reference, male pattern baldness is an X chromosome recessive gene. Meaning it's inherited from the mother. Also, "male pattern baldness already affects women. Hence why hair replacement therapy commercials feature women.

That point aside, women can be beautiful if bald. Regardless of whether you're male or female, a thin face works best. Chipmunk cheeks, multiple chins, etc with baldness isn't so attractive.

If it just started to happen then it would be different and look weird because we aren't used to it. If it's been that way since the start of modern man then we wouldn't know any different and would accept it because it's not different and unusual.

Just typed Hot Bald chicks into Google Image Search. I did not like the results so I would have to say no.

I'm pretty sure, woman fall prey to baldness as well. It just far less common. Similar to how men can get "breast" cancer but not in near the same numbers.
