Is the PSU a generic one/decent one/good one?

Decent one's should be alright at that spec. GTX 680 cards aren't that power hungry, so I'd imagine your oc'ed cpu is taking up quite a bit of power. (I have the same one and I usually only run it that high when I'm running benchmarks. I was lazy this last time though.) If you're running a Seasonic, Corsair, Enermax or something like that 600W should be plenty though.

A long time ago I was running SLI GTX 260 cards and an OC'ed Q6600 on a 500W Antec earthwatts psu. It wasn't the best, but it was decent.(was included with my old Antec case) I'm currently running an 850W Silverstone Strider Gold PSU. ( http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=287 ) It worked fine with SLI GTX 580 cards and now with AMD Crossfire 7970 cards. (with an OC'ed 2600K)

My specs are not too far from bucky1965.. I think that your 4gb graphics card makes one hell of a difference though. Can anyone tell me what I could do to make my build perform better? I'm completely in love with my build, though I'm surprised by the scores.

I downloaded the steam demo but when I press "Launch" nothing happens. Help?

I tried the new 3DMARK Demo and it worked fine.

EDT: I manually found the file and am now running it.

I could only get the 3Dmark test to work. How are my scores? It's in my sig.

Link that full result to the sig.

Hahaha it's a joke. I had some engineering applications running in the background. At times the test was below 1 frame per second. Steam is spazzing but once it's fixed I'll try to get real results. For this benchmark average scores are in the thousands.

Yep, they are, but I've seen worse than what you have there.

Really? Aw I guess I need to try again and get it lower.

I'm using beta drivers not the WHQL certified and I'm not going to change for the test

here's my FireStrike ones

I used to have my I7 @ 4GHZ @1.26v but it ran too hot for my liking, and I lowered it to 3.9GHZ and 1.225 V in bios, and it lowered temps ~10 degrees.
