hey guys I have 2 problem with Wii U.

first i cannot connect or open friend list i have error 101-0502. any one else?

second where are the point star code for the console i have no code.

please help

My Club Nintendo card (assuming that's what 'point star code' means ) is just with all the booklets in the plastic baggie. If it's for some reason absent, which I've never seen before, you can contact Nintendo and show them a copy of your receipt. They'll send you one, at least they do when a card doesn't work.

Don't know about the other thing, haven't looked at the friends list and stuff yet.

I think there are errors here and there with connectivity. It happened to me once last night and then went away (re error code).

Once you connect the WiiU to your Nintendo Club account, you'll automatically be registered and get the points. BONUS ANSWER: Finally, if you got a deluxe version, you'll get the points for the packed-in game in a couple weeks automatically as well, based on a post-play survey.

ah.. .that's right... Europeans have WiiU now. That must of been why there were intermittent network issues. A bunch of newbs coming online.
