If Sony has done anything right this gen, its been selling bundles...

Uncharted, Resistance, Motorstorm series never would have been where they are now without bundles.

So...let me get something straight: Bundles are not considered legit sales? o.O

One is still bundled, the other one had a limited bundle. Done.

They are, of course. But to compare a bundled game with one that only had a limited bundle is... well, not a good comparison. But still it is legit, of course. It really helps Sony, Nintendo and MS to establish new IPs.

It matters if you want to make a good comparison, that's all. Given UC3 is still bundled it will easily overtake GoW3. What's sad about bundles is that you can't count unique sales.

I do consider them legit sales. Perhaps it is unfair; but as a marketing strategy, it has been great to Uncharted 3

Of course it is but you can't infer a statement how big or important an IP is when looking at sales because of bundling. Ask the Sony-fans here how big they see Forza as a unique and successful while good IP from MS ;) As I said bundling helps establishing IPs.

But Uncharted is an already established franchise. I think that the bundling is not a matter of selling more Uncharted's, but selling more Ps3's. Nowadays, people prefer Uncharted over...let's say... Little Big Planet 2, if bundled within the console.

Intersting , It seems that GoW3 has never outsold Uncharted 3 on a weekly bases, its first week was much higher though. 

Uncharted 3 has been selling greatly all along but the holiday bundle did the trick.
