PS3 Fans don't have to.
The PS3 has games like The Last of Us,the new God of War and Beyond Two Souls coming out next year.ANd of course many more Exclusives that look insanely good and unique.
Multiplats depend always on the Developer itself...It can happen IF the WiiU is getting the game at all that the PS360 versions will look better.

WiiU Exclusives will of course be better looking than PS3 Exclusives.Would be sad if not.But even there > Early Exclusives of a new console can look worse than Exclusives from a maxed out console when the best developers on earth sit behind it.

PS3 Fans shouldn't worry at all.
Only ones that have to fear are Kinect Soldiers.

But EAD Tokyo doesn't develope Playstation games. I don't think there is a clear cut "best in the world" developer, claiming this can easily make you a heel.
