A: Great sales.
B: The article says "more than 46 million" So not less than 46M, not 46M, but MORE than 46M.
C: Looks like VGC hasn't done too shabby in tracking Halo.

we will never know what the numbers tell us because we don't know if that's the number of last week or if the number is few months old and we also don't know if it is maybe 45.5 million or 46.4 million just rounded^^

They say more than 46 million. So its anywhere between 46-47. Pretty solid tracking of the franchise by VgChartz

So I have some explanations:

- A typo for the first number (or the second) - probable
- Microsft counted different games - less probable
- Halo series sold 3 million in the last 20 days (almost improbable)

Also, more than 46 will generally be anywhere between 46 and 46.5.

There gave been far more than 500k copies of Halo sold digitally.

OT: Great news and well deserved. I can definitely see the franchise 'reach' 100 million some day in a not too distant future.
