Well, I have yet to play Halo 4... But from what I've played I think Gears 3 is the best looking. Witcher 2 looks really great too as does Rayman Origins.

Can't compare the two, totally different art direction. One is a realistic looking, dark, gritty shooter, the other if a sci-fi futuristic game which focuses more on being smooth, lighting and being pristine than realistic.
Yeah I agree it doesnt shatter anything but I would put it at the same level as Killzone 3 and better than it in certain aspects such as lighting as I mentioned. Prior to this I had Killzone 3 as best looking FPS this gen.
Obviously theres PC titles ahead of both by a pretty big margin

The Witcher 2 looks like utter shit on the 360. I was happy just to play it on the 360 though.
From what I've seen I'd have to go with Forza.
I was walking down along the street and I heard this voice saying, "Good evening, Mr. Dowd." Well, I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against a lamp-post. Well, I thought nothing of that because when you've lived in a town as long as I've lived in this one, you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name.

It had some rough spots but it was far from looking like shit. Did you have it installed on a HDD?
Which there was better quality Halo 4 IMGS to compare too, because it's unfair to use that low-res shot.
