PSO would be my choice. As much as I love Nintendo, PSO ep. 1&2 gave me such fun times and the new PSO 2 coming out looks like the series is back to being amazing.

The Legend of Zelda for absolute certainty. Throughout the series life, the quality of the games has always been 10/10 for me, and I have never even come close to being disappointed by any installments in the series. they are all so awesome, I cannot decide which is my favorite in the series, because they are all equal in my opinion.

I'd have to go with Zelda, but I'd hope they came out a bit more often than they do.

The only others that would be close are Mario, Bioshock and Metroid.
