it must be due to some sort of library or clipart devs use, i doubt they hand draw or design every bit in games

You can't tell, was the original tweet a complaint or just someone noticing? What if Harada said 'Yes, they knew and that it was a design to fit with the location'? It's just the word 'Allah', it doesn't appear to be in malice.

I think you should read what I wrote better. I said that I don't follow the religion as much as most do. Meaning I don't do things like pray and I eat all types of food (Muslims can't eat pork). I was born a Muslim therefore I consider myself to be a Muslim. I feel embarrased because when things like this happens, the muslim religion as a whole gets bashed when it's really just the extremists making a big deal out of such a little thing. Also, where in that sentence did I say I don't care about Islam?? Mind fucked right now by your illiteracy. 

"I really don't follow the religion at all" means you dont care.   And the religion you are referring to is Islam; so you dont care about Islam, according to the bolded sentence you said.   It is very different to say that and to say you dont follow it AS MUCH as most do.  Each phrase has a very different meaning.

As I said, you should choose your words better.
