Wake up the internet when this is a Iwata, Reggie, Miyamoto or even a Charles Martinet quote.

"Nintendo representatives" is the same as "guy at the booth..."

I've heard that It has been confirmed that the PS4 will be a BAJILLION times more powerful than the Xbox 360.

I put money on the table that it is 19% more powerful than PS3. That's what he really meant.

Also, launch games wouldn't demonstrate the console's absolute power. It is later on while developers get accustomed with the coding. I suspect it will be sooner since it easier to code and port.

Sounds incredibly improbable at best, the cost would be sky high paired with the tablet controller and in-house development of software and dev kits. I'm positive that the Wii U will be quite a bit faster than the PS3 but not 19 times faster, not even close.

wasn't PS3 meant to be about 20x more powerful than PS2, same question?

 

Also I am pretty sure the rep jsut made a mistake as they probably some lower floor rep who has no clue anyway.

I highly doubt Nintendo is putting themselves in a position to lose $200 per unit. They are smarter than that.
