| Democrats | 81 | 38.57% | |
| Republicans | 35 | 16.67% | |
| I won't vote | 19 | 9.05% | |
| I'm still undecided | 7 | 3.33% | |
| I am not an American and ... | 56 | 26.67% | |
| I am not an American and ... | 11 | 5.24% | |
| Total: | 209 | ||
Instead of doing whats good for this country it just turns into a dick measuring contest between Dems and Reps, so every bill Obama want to ever pass gets blocked by Reps and visa-versa. I think Obama deserves a second term because I believe he could make this country great if he was given more slack.
edit: If Bush is able to get a second term I don't see how Obama shouldn't.

I do not favor an-all-powerful central government at all. The states are so different it would be stupid to give one body so much power. I was more refferring to their foreign policy towards subjugating nations and euthanasia, especially towards the Jews. That sort of thing sticks in my mind more than what you mentioned. |
You should really look into the history of which parties supported slavery, and which were against it. Or, which party supported civil rights, and which were against it. Or, which party supported the Jim Crow laws, and which were against. Or, which party's extremist element it was that formed the KKK.
As for modern foreign policy... both parties are exactly the same.
Meh.. Im no american but ill vote for obama cuz he seems'cool'. Seriously, thats the only reason why ill vote for him.

So republicans of lincoln era would vote democratic now.
My answer isn't supported.
I'm not voting for either.
Obama has set more dangerous precedents in office then even Bush did. There is a reason why Nader calls Obama a war criminal and for some reason has taken the "romney" side as of late, despite calling Romney "a corporation masquerading as a person."
Good article from the super liberal Magazine "The Atlantic" explains it pretty well. http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2012/09/why-i-refuse-to-vote-for-barack-obama/262861/?google_editors_picks=true
"I don't see how anyone who confronts Obama's record with clear eyes can enthusiastically support him. I do understand how they might concluded that he is the lesser of two evils, and back him reluctantly, but I'd have thought more people on the left would regard a sustained assault on civil liberties and the ongoing, needless killing of innocent kids as deal-breakers."
Romney hasn't spoken against those precedents. That's enough for me to not vote for him as well.
So i'm voting either Gary Johnson or Jill Stein, I assume Jill Stein spoke out about this shit.

I am done voting for the lesser of two evils, and since Ron Paul is out of the running, I will not be voting.

See, i've got no problem voting for the lesser of two evils... but at least one of the two evils has to be somewhat not terrible.
