Who won the debate?

President Barack Obama 220 34.65%

Governor Mitt Romney 265 41.73%

Nobody 141 22.20%

Total:626

I think Romney had the better night but don't fell like he'd wouldn't be any different from Obama if he got elected....the thing that makes me untrustworthy of Mitt is that I see him as on the fence, all he ever does and what he did tonight is his typical "I redo everything that Obama did but keep all the good stuff"

the only part where I think Obama did well tonight was point out Romney obvious BS when saying he won't raise taxes or reduce spending but somehow balance the budget. I'd like to know how he would do that

I think Roney lost. He showed his true agenda when he was talking about schools. " I want to grade teachers so that parents know what schools to send their kids to". What parent can afford that? He plans to be pro rich person during his presidency because he is out of touch with everyday joe..

Obama one even though he is probably out of touch as well and he talked like he was on speed.

Im an obama supporter dont get me wrong but Obama did look irritated, uncomftable and even at times, angry.

It also annoys me that Obama barely looked at Romney when Romney spoke.

Yay!!!

I think Romney started out the gate stronger than Obama, but didn't finish stronger towards the end.

Did anyone watch this on XBL? Obama won every single poll. It was about 60% Obama, 30 Romney, and 10 didn't know on average.

I agree.  Obama was just really, really off starting off, and had to work himself into a grove.  Like I said I think it was AWFUL debate prep, and he had to change course and go off book mid way through.

I wouldn't trust online polling.

Ron Paul afterall won every debate he's ever been in according to the online polls.

Don't see him anywhere now do you.

I watched in XBL.. when do we get that avatar now?

Yay!!!

Well LBJ was the last president that cared enough about poverty that it actually became a part of his legacy.  Of course he could have did a lot more if the US wasn't tied up with the Vietnam War during his presidency.  Also I think we are probably going to have another great depression before we will have another president that actually cares about doing something significant about poverty.

Online polling is often very accurate with a non-representative sample

The one area where I thought Romney was the clear winner was on economics. Obama looked very weak and agitated during that entire section.

And this is from someone who didnt think all that much about Romney going into this. I thought Romney realky took it to Obama. In the next debate Obama has to really step up and LOOK AT ROMNEY. His team has to be chewing him out on that, Romney looked confident and was talking directly to Obama while Obama just frowned shook his head and stared at the podium or the audience the entire time
