Forums - Nintendo - Slash Gear Admits ‘Wii U’s Launch Lineup Is Impressive’ - Huge turn around after they tried to convince people to not pre-order a Wii U!!!

Very happy to see journalists showing they are human beings. A person's opinion can change to accommodate the changing environment. This is nice to read.

This guy may be saying nice things today but his poorly thought out reasoning for why the WiiU would fail initially was lacking in both discussing the pro's of the WiiU and an un-biased perspective looking at things in a very negative light.

Yes some people may see the WiiU as a likely failure (not me) but at least offer a discussion that addresses everything in a reasonable and detailed manner.

My advice: Disregard everything Don Reisinger writes or says.

This is the Game of Thrones

Where you either win

or you DIE

I gotta say, not the biggest fan of Nintendo Land, but that cover might just get them so much saleS!

There's some more adult games that they aren't mentioning.

Wow. I can't believe there are only two black miis on that cover. Look at how many white miis there are. Racist much?

Massive improvement over 3ds. If only pikmin 3 was launch day this would have been perfect for me. I have every intention of buying mario anyway but pikmin 3 is more appealing.

One more thing to complete my year = senran kagura localization =D

I know that they are trying to push Miiverse and mii's in general, but I am not too thrilled with this Mii thing. Why not just leave our beloved characters alone? I did not notice the mii thing until they showed the Metroid gameplay at the last Conference in New York. I may still rent it depending on the reviews, but I am not happy with it.

Nintendo does not care about race.

Oh be quiet you, it was obvious from day one that this would be their approach, just like with Wii Party and other games of the same ilk from the company

Not sure why it affects the game though...As for the launch lineup; seems to be stuff there to keep all crowds happy.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

The more i see that Nintendoland cover, the more briljant it gets. I'm pretty sure NIntendo went through a minimum of 30 versions of these to get it just right. A commercial work of Art, baby!

Seems like a lot of journalist and analyst are being human beings and changing their minds as of late. Pachter included.

Pachter will be back to his old ways with Nintendo next month

Well this 32 year old child (apparently) can't wait to play Nintendoland with my 25-35 year old friends :)

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)
