Forums - Nintendo - wii is no more totaly sold out in France

One thing that it seems like some people who doubt the Wii don't understand is how when it eventually stops selling out, it will still probably outsell the PS3 or 360 or at least stay even with them for quite some time. You won't see the Wii sell 250,000 one week WW and 10,000 the next week for the rest of its' life. Therefore even when all major retailers stop selling out of Wiis saying "the fad is over" will be pretty foolish if even after "the fad" it still outsells or stays even with the competition.

I know, some american people have never seen a wii in stock at a shop.

But, in France, this situation seems to be finished, because i see the wii in stock in three shop today at 7 hour pm.

In two micromania, and one scoregame.

I think, it's the begin to the old situation in France, before christmas, where we could find the wii easily.

It could just be the day they restocked. I rememer a day when I had a similar experience last summer here in the US. Turned out to be a fluke (remember, with hundreds of people on this site, every day, flukes will be relatively common). If those Wiis are still there in a week, the situation may be over. But for now it is too soon to say.

There is no proof of this we need actual pics.

I could get pics of Wii's instock today... in the US.  (Of course in reality it would just be the 7 or 8 empty boxes they have in the store stacked up.)

It's like it's impossible to win in the fanboy mind.

If there is stock on the shelf, Nintendo is selling poorly.

If there is no stock on the shelf, Nintendo is losing business because they can't get enough supply on the shelves.

He never said that.  He just that it is now in stock.  :P
