Anyone remember when Kwaad was doing this back in February in 2007? Ah, good times.

All we need is some dummy quoting iTrackr numbers and the cycle will be complete.

oh yeah i remember that, that was very funny

Good, hopefully that will happen in the UK too... France did seem to be the most sold out place after UK (in Europe anyway)

I won't hold my breath because I saw 3 Wii on one day in Sheffield in mid-december... but that on it's own doesn't prove it is properly stocked, just that I went into those stores at the right time.

I would bet by mid February Europe will be OK for stock, with the UK having the odd shortage for a bit longer until maybe April or May, by the time October comes though, if Nintendo have not upped production there will be shortages again.

A wii fanboy from France would made the same thread but then change it with:

-Their are no supply problems anymore in France GO NINTENDO.

It's like it's impossible to win in the fanboy mind.

If there is stock on the shelf, Nintendo is selling poorly.

If there is no stock on the shelf, Nintendo is losing business because they can't get enough supply on the shelves.

no one is ever satisfied :P hehe always looking on the wrong side of each situation

^well i think afet SSBB,MK and wii fit release it will get sold out again for a while then back in stock and then sold out again in christmas

I'm not sure of that because, they said they produced 1,8 m consoles per month now.

If you see, the numbers of the last week, it's not as easy to do it in February for exemple.

For January, the problem is different, because some console which must have been normally shipped in this month have been shipped in december, because nintendo has use plane to shipped the consoles.

In France, it's only next the week ending 9 december, that the wii has dispear from the shops. So before that, no problem to find her, and we are the second country in Europe for the sales.

For me, it's really a surprise to find today some consoles which could be buy whithout pre order.

And maybe, because i did'nt go in the shop the last week, that we could find some wii the last week.

^but im bored so i wanna type

Demand better fall in the UK, because we get shafted on price with everything already without demand exceeding supply so much.

I was just lurking at that time, but it was like:

"I saw a Wii in a store, Wii outsold is over, Wii is a fad..."

And that was every week...

Here you have some European online retailers from different countries. I didn't find a single one selling Wiis yet, except for one retailer with a really crappy bundle.

Does it mean it's sold out everywhere? No... but it does mean it's sold out in a lot of places.
