There might be a debate (which will probably never end in an agreement) about who's better in terms of enhancements. But I choose Samus.

Samus = Chozo suits, Chozo, Metroid and, X parasite DNA enhancements, various weapons, and bomb that can make a any other bomb look like a fire cracker.

master chief. for the same reason master chief is still alive after accomplishing so much. luck.
i guess we could look at technical specs to see how much their suits really size up...but whats the point when all the luck is on his side.

Master Chief of course, Samus is just a girl.

Wave Beam moves through things and a organic would never survive. Power bombs would obliterate everything in its path. While using screwattack Samus can't be hurt, but she can hurt her opponent. Plasma Beam would melt anything..Shinesparking into a opponent would probably kill him. The only way MC would win against Samus is before she finds her upgrades

I'll just say this, with Armor on Samus would win. Armor off: Master chief would destroy Samus.
