Why does PSN always get stuff like this and DLC so late? Do they only update it weekly or monthly or something?

They don't get stuff late really, at least not that I know of. COD dlc is late because acitvision has a deal with microsoft, TWD is late to EU psn because... idk.

I remember my friend complaining about Fifa 2012 DLC being a week late too

Why is there XBLA in the title? It's on PSN and Steam as well

The review is in an XBLA platform.

Yay!!!

The reason SCEE releases things late is because of all the localisation it has to do in Europe increases the certification process. SCEA does not have this issue. Yes I am aware MS manages to release content simultaneously worldwide.
