For 20 bucks, yes. Not more.
Also I think this is not a pack in since you can preorder it.

If they don't bundle Nintendoland and instead have a bunch of other apps/casual games/etc.... then this game better be like $30 or come with a controller like Wii Play.
Personally, I think the best marketing / value that Wii had was Wii Sports and Nintendoland could certainly be that same thing. I still think it will be $299 w/ Nintendoland, Gamepad, WiiMote+, nunchuk.
Only thing I could see is Nintendoland only comes with the first few "lands" and you can then purchase the other areas for a couple bucks as DLC for the game. Maybe why they haven't shown all of the areas?

Or maybe they will offer New Super Mario Bros. U (among others) as an alternative pack-in?

What, did you preorder it by mistake? |
no, tried to edit my post but instead i quoted myself and was too stupid to realize until after hitting submit.
This game basically explains the asymetrical gameplay Nintendo is pushing, like WiiSports explained motion controls. If it´s not a pack-in game, Nintendo are morons.
As for the OP´s question..no, I wouldn´t get it, my money would be spent on far better games like NSMBU and Pikmin 3.
Ill wait for the demo.
“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
i wouldnt
but i would gladly accept it as a present for buying a gamepad ala Wiiplay
it looks interesting for local multi
but since i dont have non virtual friends im not interested on it.xD
If it came with the system obviously. If it was a buy game, no. I don't care for mini games all that much. I didn't buy Wii Play. I just buy controllers.
In the end Wii Sports Resort was a good game. I've played it for about 45h, I've spent much less time playing some other games I've bought full price.
So if it is as good as resort (or hopefully better) I may consider buying it stand alone. But to be onest I'd wait to read some feedback form users here on VGC.
