You are right about the stuff that would come to the US either way.  But stuff like  xenoblade with unknown fate outside of japan is tested in europe now because of the low prices in the us  compared to  europe.  I dont believe they try to make the europeans feel special or anything I dont see anyy sign of this  (Nintendo even has the least commercials of the big 3 here)

it might have sometthing to do with  suppliers   or negotiations with retailers  or some obstacle by the us governments import rules  or japan forcing reggie to wait  for a better dollar yen currency conversion etc  I  dunno the only way to find out is to ask Nintendo  but they will certainly answer with a nice NO COMMENT.

But waiting does not only have a downside. When europe was always the last to receive games  the games were "patched" and bugfixed before they came out here alot of times.

I have to agree that Nintendo is a bit stupid with keeping their mouth shut instead of explaining  (like the stupid  supplier example I came up with xD)    but I believe they have a reason to do what they do its just unfortunate that they don't inform you guys.

I can understand the 3DSXL/NSMB launch being staggered, so that there isn't just one large peak in sales, and rather an extended boost.

The  Japanese games that sell a lot like KH should have been top priority but localization is tricky sometimes. The other stuff I have no idea about. NOA's promotion has been bad for several years outside of some 3DS efforts but with Wii U coming out...the ads will be ramped up all over again.

We are going to be seeing the U everywhere this Winter.

Secondly, you are comparing Nintendo to other gaming companies, who all adore America and give it special treatment, early releases and better prices. Nintendo is actually one of the few companies that treats Europe fairly.

Europe has been getting worst treatment for years, and i rarely ever heard them complain. Ryan is kinda making some of us look like whiny babies, no offense.
Japan?? Ninty is a Japanese company. Of course they are going to give their HOME company more attention and games faster and you know it takes time to localize text heavy games like JRPGs etc. Its been like that forever not just with Ninty, Sony, Sega all Japanese companies. launching worldwide is the exception not the norm.
None of that excuses Reggie, he still sucks. Yes we waited way too long for Xenoblade and Last Story, especially considering they are both were already available in English. I dont buy that they would have came eventually, not when they are selling one game through the online store and one retailer and not when the other game isnt even being published by them, no confidence if you ask me.
