I dont really see a problem other than the games the stupid operation rainfall mentioned (which btwhad no effect whatsoever on nintendos decision to bring over the games and even totally ignored other games like EARTH SEEKER etc.)

There is not that much you dont get compared to europe. You also get some games that never hit europe.
And another example is you pay less but get a 3dsXL with charger. We pay more and have to buy the thing seperately for like 13 additional dollars,

Nintendo earns less money when selling stuff in the US right now compared to the money they make in Europe. So right now they try to earn money with whatever they can in europe instead of the US. Its less risky here right now. Thats why it seems like europe is of higher priority right now.

There is no way xenoblade would have skipped the US it just took some time.

What I am saying is that it should not have taken any time. Europe barely plays Nintendo anymore. look at the chartz. Maybe they are trying to win them back by saying>"Hey look guys! You get these games and systems before America", but anyway you look at it we are still the ones left looking at the rest of the world have fun. When we are the ones who give Nintendo the sales. 3DS would sell more if the games would come. Look at what we did to Kingdom Hearts.

You are right about the stuff that would come to the US either way.  But stuff like  xenoblade with unknown fate outside of japan is tested in europe now because of the low prices in the us  compared to  europe.  I dont believe they try to make the europeans feel special or anything I dont see anyy sign of this  (Nintendo even has the least commercials of the big 3 here)

it might have sometthing to do with  suppliers   or negotiations with retailers  or some obstacle by the us governments import rules  or japan forcing reggie to wait  for a better dollar yen currency conversion etc  I  dunno the only way to find out is to ask Nintendo  but they will certainly answer with a nice NO COMMENT.

But waiting does not only have a downside. When europe was always the last to receive games  the games were "patched" and bugfixed before they came out here alot of times.

I have to agree that Nintendo is a bit stupid with keeping their mouth shut instead of explaining  (like the stupid  supplier example I came up with xD)    but I believe they have a reason to do what they do its just unfortunate that they don't inform you guys.

(the 3ds XL chargerless  bundle In europe is stupid tho    I bet 30% of the consoles will be returned because parets get angry.    dick move by the Big N)
