Could try Aloe Vera... treats skin burns.

I believe Aloe Vera creates a film over the area it is rubbed on and that keeps the heat trapped under the skin.

Best thing to do is to just keep using that ice pack. If possible wrap it in guaze or something, but not too tight. Just keeping the air from touching it helps to reduce the pain.

Aloe Vera is THE BEST commercially available way to cool sunburn. Unsure if its the thing for oil burns. I do know that as much as it hurts, unless the skin is obviously bubbled that you should probably try to ensure that the oil is cleaned off. Your skin needs to breathe in order to heal and/or make the nerves under your skin somewhat happier.

boil some water, and spill it on your balls.

Oh...don't forget a bottle of Jack Daniels...and some Cheetos...oh and some of those little sausage in a blanket thingos.

If she balks, just life your hand, put a real sad face on and say its all for the burn.  Always works for me when I screw myself up some how.

Aloe as long as it doesn't have any oils in it. (Most creams have oils that trap the heat if it's a gel its fine)

Basically all you can do for a burns is cleaning it gentely with soapy water keep it under luke-warm running water until the pain subsides. (Not cold it can cause shock, soap help remove the oil since it a bi-polar substance.) Then put nothing on it but Aloe Vera straight up (if you have the plant) or gel then lightly bandage it.

Rub human faeces on it

Might not work...lets use YOU as a test subject first k?

Could ask the GF for some lovin'. You might forget the pain for a bit.
