The company has announced that it will discuss the Wii U color variations plus the specific components that will be included in a Wii U package, when it announces the console’s launch date and price this autumn. The silver is definitely the best of the bunch.

I actually see this as being a touch decision. Nintendo went absent from color with the Wii because of the 3 year sell-out. A good problem, but now it feels weird seeing this home console in color, especially for tablets as we never see tablets in colors besides white and black.

I hope they get the ball rolling soon. I understand the importance of doing most promotions near release month, but they've been so tight-lipped that we're getting absolutely no information on any games...
