Good idea for a thread. The author of the last one was a huge... well... Yeah.

I was told once in Bible School that Noah took the Dinosaurs with him on the ark due to the fact the Earth was only 6,000 years old. And that T-Rex ate bushes.

I find I can do a dozen of speculative fiction to make sense out of it, but best to not do that, because it may not be true.  And it is my own thoughts.  With the Bible, I find it best to ask, "Exactly WHAT is in it is of value today?"

One thing that can happen with threads on forums like this, is the writer has an agenda, but may not be aware they have an agenda, and then when a thread goes directions they don't expect, their agenda becomes manifest.

I did figure it might be good to just have a free-flowing thread for anything hovering around the Bible and Christian religion, that people could post on, without restrictions to it... thus the "Jesus, man" video /

That is one of the best things to come out of the movie Dogma...

I used to have one I used to try to make some points.  People didn't get the points I was trying to make, so I gave the one I had away.  And yes they actually made those.

Edit: And I had thought here would be a good spot to stick "Non-Specific Action Figure" approves:

Watched a documentary called Zeitgeist which was pretty good. It showed that Christianity borrowed a lot from other religions/cultures. They compared a few other gods that came before Jesus and showed that they all shared pretty similar "lives" (such as a virgin birth, resurrection, star in east, 3 kings, etc which were mainly just referring to astrological events). Pretty much most of the references were mainly just about the Sun. Christianity is perhaps just worshiping the sun by replacing the word sun with Jesus.

So basically, this Zeitgeist show, just borrowed everything it had to say from The Davinci Code and Angels and Demons?

Those movies were too boring for me to watch.  Okay maybe I'll try to watch them sometime but did those movies go into any detail about how similar all the gods were?  Oh and that Zeitgeist talked about banking conspiracy (aka the evil bankers) and 9/11 (false flag attacks).  It was like a three part documentary kind of.  Anyways, it went into a decent amount of detail about the early beginnings of Christianity.

So, I guess on here I can talk about she-bears whenever I want.

Actually as of late I have heard of mad she-BeArs being spoted. There is missing book talking all about she-BeArs. Profits say it's the Prophecy of the end of clean pants, also known as shitty pants era. So I hope your getting all of this. Ancient Aliens has shown in great detail man bear pig and she-BeArs and it's common belief among ancient alien thoerists. So now you know, buy lots of tin Foil.
