Just put the last copy in my shopping cart ha ha ;)
You guys have no bearing to complain about this when it was very clearly known to be a special run and it was in plentiful supply while it lasted.
Noobs! :P
I would try to find it either new or used though, if you can. Even if the first two Prime games weren't made for motion controls, I still loved them with the motion controls (I have played the originals as well).

I don't Use my wii for gamecube games no, if I buy the first two separately I would also need to buy a gamecube controller, but thought the motion controls on the first two would make them even better than the originals |
Personally, I don't think the motion controls worked all that well in Corruption and it was designed for them. The first two games were much better with the original control scheme as far as I am concerned so I'd have to recommend picking up the GameCube copies.
I got it when it came out, and I love it! I haven't finished it yet, I'm about halfway through echoes. I hadn't played any of them before, and I really like it
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash
Just get the Gamecube versions. They are cheap and don't have motion controls. You can always get Prime 3 later, even though it only has motion controls. Gamepad is much better for Metroid.
It was known to be a limited edition was it was released. It is supposed to be a collector's item. It even has a metal case.

Not to act like a stiff, but thats why it was for only a short period of time. Glad I got my copy. I was going to keep it as an investment but becuase the motion contorls really made it that great, now Im strarting to have second thoughts.

I personally found the pointers much more fitting than the cube controls, and I've played both methods too. However sadly the cost is prohibitive I'd say...
I bought MPT a while back, and I have to say, after playing it, I could no longer play the Metroid Prime games on GameCube. The controls for me make that much of a difference. It's a shame it was only a limited release. I think Nintendo would be making money from this game today if it retailed as a Nintendo Selects title.

I got my copy for $20. I guess I should have bought a lot more and sold them off later to make a profit....

Nintendo still doomed?
Feel free to add me on 3DS or Switch! (PM me if you do ^-^)
