Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo: we don’t care how powerful the Xbox 720 and PS4 are

@Lilbroex good job completely making things up. Where did he say the WiiU was more comparable with 360/PS3. Oh let me guess Mario should have been photorealistic lol. I'm starting to realize HD fans don't understand the consequences of shooting too high may not work this time. The first difference between this Gen and last is the fact that this time both Microsoft and Sony start the Gen playing catch up. The issue with that is 3rd party companies wouldn't want to alienate the only platform with an established userbase. Now of course they could just support the PS3 and 360 longer, which would ensure WiiU support. As long as Nintendo has EA, Activision, and Ubisoft they should be fine, the small fry will follow.

He's a Nintendo fan T.T

You can contradict OP without the personal jabs.

Its not contradicting me. I didn't right the article. He do well to reach before making personal attack, though as he obivously seems to believe I made what I posted.

Actually, I'm SEGA fan and I do most of my gaming on the PC.

When I do played on console, I do most of my gaming on Nintendo's console as the moment though. They are next best thing to the old SEGA because they innovate occasionally. I like innovation.

I get bored with seeing the same things over and again.

Even if that wasn't the line Nintendo has been pushing for years, the Wii U hardware is finalised, the deal is done, Nintendo's bed is made. It's not like he's going to apologise and say that he wishes that they made it more powerful or that he's going to lose sleep every night until the PS4 specs are finalised.

Nintendo have made a calculated decision and nothing they can do on the hardware front at this point (besides pricing) is going to make any difference to the outcome of the next generation.

I see no reason why they should...

isn't it funny when this gen "ends" PS360 graphics will be considered crap and not good enough(PC player not incuded and you know why)

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

more pr spin from a company that's lost nearly 80% of their net worth in under 2 years lol...

nintendo keeps stepping in it, where are the games?

Less talk more action, end of story.

You mean with controller inputs?

Are you referring to the stock market?

If you are, the stock market for video game companies is cyclical.

Just in case anyone forgot. Nintendo doesn't care what Sony and Microsoft are doing so long as they aren't copying them.

Agreed.

Now assume they could. They beef up everything by a further 40%

1. It looses money for Nintendo as most likley the price they wanintg means console sold at a loss.

2. It is not guranteed that Microsoft and Sony will not blast them out of the water anyway. The reason for this is because their weakness here is launching early. Who is to stop the competition from buying the console, ripping it apart and going hmm they got X Y and Z therefore we going to go all out just to create a bigger gap than Nintendo calculated. As I said in another thread it is a dog chasing it's own tail.
