i hope it hurts ea's sales. The only reason i bought dead space was cause it was $10 new on amazon. I doubt they would go that low

Looks like I won't be buying EA games. I am not spending $60 on a game to find out it is meh and not be able to trade it in or return it.

a very stupid move by ea, when this happens i will drop ea like the plague. i want my physical copies for as long as i can.

JK, I occasionally support some of their franchises and the physical copies will be dearly missed.

My thoughts exactly, except........

Other then the remake of Need for Speed Most Wanted, and Battlefield 3, I can't think of a single title I will miss. I think I can live fine without EA.

 

However if Sony, Nintendo, Capcom, or Square Enix go digital....then I might have an issue.

I would add Dead Space to that list. I haven't played a lot of Mass Effect other than the demos, but I'm confident that they are quality titles too.

OH RIGHT!!! Mass Effect is EA. Great game, if you like Dead Space you should play it.

Shit those two, are games I wouldn't want to miss.

I guess everyone makes at least 1 good game now and then.

sounds like a big stretch from inevitable, to going 100% digital. from that and the second paragraph it sound more like they will offer all titles as a digital option. not digital only.
