None of them are NOT scheduled for this year, and I think DJMAX and Persona 4 are the only ones without a European release in place yet (NONE of them are Japan-only) didn't realise that was criteria now! And yes also Assassin's Creed Liberation as Kresnik said, how could I forget that

Playstation All Stars schedualed for October 23rd US, 24th EU, 26th UK - http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-07-06-playstation-all-stars-battle-royale-release-date-set-for-october.

I lik the 3DS alot more then the vita, but that's personal opinion.
Like other's have said, just pick the one with more games you want.
