Don't remember how to add spoiler tags right now, but I edited Ben's post (hopefully) accordingly.

Please at least leave a small warning in the future if you're going to post several important plot points. It's just considerate to other posters. Thank you.

It's under the "styles" dropdown box in the rich text editor, just for future reference

Well that was actually fairly easy to do. Thank you my good sir!

Just wanted to say that even if I don't count the endings which weren't perfect but fairly entertaining...ME3 is the best game I've played this year.

Argue on children...

Way to be mature Disolitude and call others children because they dont agree with you on the games ending

I didnt even read your posts. I just read the thread title and figured people were arguing, like the title says. Glad I was right...

Its consumer art and entertainment......there isnt a piece of it in existance pwople dont argue about so i dont see your point :-

Its all opinions that doesnt give a right to belittle others and call them children, art is in the eye of the beholder

Even without the endings. ME3 isn't close to perfect. The rampant auto dialog, reduced dialog options, near complete marginalization of the ME2 cast, and head desk worth plot holes were a problem before the Ending. The Ending was simply the straw the broket the camels back.  Now the gameplay was hands downs the best in the series too bad the rest of the game didn't get the same level of care.

@Khuutra

Tacking Deus Ex endings onto Mass Effect 3 in the last 15 minutes is a thematic failure. It's contrary to theme the series carried up until that point. It would be like slapping Gladiators ending onto the end Shrek.

That isn't what Mass Effect is about, though. Shit, each game has different themes, and each game has many themes. THe options presented to you at the end of ME3, especially in the extended cut, are not contrary to the themes of the game.

I'm just glad fans are outraging over the most over rated series this generation. Its a good game but none of them have been worth the retail price. you can do everything in ME3 in 36 hours. ME2 was even shorter and ME1 was the shortest of them all.

The ending does suck. and not because you die but because nothing is explained. why people could possibly like the ending is beyond me or any logical being. with the extended ending you see they changed a lot of things EI the Relays aren't gone so every space faring race isn't screwed. everything just needs to be rebuilt.
