Well this is good I guess... I remember when the ps3 came out and it was superior than the X360, still games played better on the X360 at the beginning.

So if the WiiU games are already being [slightly] better than the ps3/X360 games, I guess they are on the right path.

bad game will still be bad. i still can't figure out how they manage to rip out everything that made trine fun in trine 2.

So a bad game looks "slightly" better on a "next gen" Wii U than on "current gen" consoles that release 6 and 7 years ago respectively. That is something to celebrate? Ninty fans have VERY low standards.

Truth. I got so bored of Trine 2 that I just got the easy Platinum and deleted it from my PS3.

You apparently failed at reading 101. Its more levels, faster animations and loading and more detailed geometry.

Yeah I am aware the Wii U version will bring in improvements other than graphics (it will probably the same as PC version expasion). However like kitler said, the developers seem to have lost it between Trine 1 and Trine 2. Trine 2 is simply boring! I couldn't wait til I was over with it - adding more levels ain't helping, it's only making it worse if those levels aren't really interesting. Loading is non issue, it's not even disc based. Same for detailed geometry.

I hope they can improve the game though and that it succeeds. I'd like to see a third, better Trine in the future.

So new content does not count for IGN if not supported by graphical changes?

If so i don't care what they say.
