It was a good bump, not a good total. Unless people are saying 13k is good total. 

13k at least is not depressive.

Pretty good sales for Tokyo Jungle. Since it's a first party Sony game it has a pretty low price (4,980 yen retail/ 3,980 on PSN). Most 3rd party 3DS games cost more than it! I saw it for sale in the 4,000-4,200 yen range, meanwhile I paid ~4,600 yen for DQM:Terry. (5,480 yen retail)

Anyway, it looks like SE managed to get a few extra copies of DQM: Terry out, but it's still sold out all around me. Just checked Amazon JP and they get a new shipment in on the 18th! Bic Camera online also says another 3-4 days. Yodobashi online says they get stock on the 16th. Come on SE! Get more copies out to stores!

Nice hold for Guild 01, I still want to pick it up but DQM has been occupying a lot of my time.

Gundam might be popular, but remember that the Via isn't. The attach rate of the game is over 5 %, so it did relatively well.

13k is incredibly depressive. Sub 10k was simply dead. 13k is still pretty much dead. 

To put things in perspective before the 3DS price cut was announced, it was viewed as performing terribly in Japan. So terrible in fact it needed a hefty price cut. It was still selling around 25-35k per week on average. With fluctuations as low as 17k and as high as 50k. 

In the week of what should be a big release the vita is still not managing to reach what was the low end of the 3DS when it was dying. 

Even if persona manages to boost the Vita hardware to double of what it is already at with a boost (so around 26k). That would still be at the lower end of 3DS sales pre-price cut. 

The Vita quite simply NEEDS a price cut in Japan. 

On a brighter note Tokyo jungle sold very well for a new low budget IP. Kinda astoundingly well tbh. 

How persona doing too? Selling ok, good, great, or SOLD OUT in the first 10 minutes? Very important game for Vita's future - I'm so curious!

And lastly, is DQ great? That big yellow 70 user score bothers me.

I have no idea, it barely turned Thursday (release day) about 2hrs ago, so...

If you click on the DQM link you'll see that the rating is from 1 user. Take it with a grain of salt. Amazon JP has 144 reviews as of this moment and has an overall rating of 4.1 (out of 5). I put more stock in that over 1 persons rating.

I've been enjoying the game quite a bit so far. Some parts can be a bit repetitive(some of the dungeons use the same layout), but I'm having fun getting the monsters, trying to make them more powerful, etc. I've put in just over 30hrs on it in the 2 weeks I've had it, so it's definitely been worth the money for me. My gf has played about the same as well.
