Was there any news concerning the Wii at E3? Any games being shown? Playable games on the floor? Anything?

Reel Fishing: Ocean Challenge, or something like that, was playable. It's a Wiiware game I think.

Well, Retro City Rampage is coming to WiiWare, in addition to most other platforms. Pretty much no, though.

The Last Story was in a booth with Xseed, skipped it though since we already had a review for the EU version and they told me there wasn't anything different about it.

Nothing really. Was hoping for maybe for one last hurrah for the Wii to bow out to.

Nope. As it should be. Wii is dead, as sad as it is they really can't do much for it when they've got to focus on the 3DS and Wii U.

Sony didn't abandon the market leader of the 6th gen before 7th gen started. Heck GOW II and FFXII came in 07.

Doesn't surprise me really; probably like Xenoblade and later Pandora's Tower, it'll be a straight port of the EU version. TBH, I didn't even realise it was there!

Would I be right in saying the only other games were this, Epic Mickey 2 and Retro City Rampage? Heck, was Pandora's Tower even there?

So the only games left for Wii in the west are those  4, and then likely Madden/ COD/FIFA/ other yearly releases. How sad.
