I went from 60gb to 320gb, and now I have a 1Tb. Haven't really heard anything about a maximum, but that's as high as I plan on going.

35 mim here to install inFAMOUS 2 but my HDD is way faster than the original one.
I agree with you that PS4 is better to be super fast but HDD is slow... there are nothing Sony can do do (the fastest HDD in the market are the SSDs but that's not too fast).
