People talk about the 360 but it's also Windows 7 isn't it? Could they ban Windows7? Anyone thinking this would be smart doesn't realise how stupid this is... banning the most used console and OS in America lol to be replaced by what? Any judge should know how impactful this would be, not just Microsoft but every game developers in the world that supports 360 and every business that has anything to do with 360. Windows7 can't be banned just like that, it's the most used OS with 90%+ of the cpus OS... lol this is ridiculous...

Moto is not out of line.

This is the same crap MS has been doing to EVERYONE who makes an OS. They force them to pay absurd royalties on benign generic OS controls. Even moto pays MS like $5 per Android device... as does linux distributers and others.

In reality, its the patent system that should be changed.
