Kingdom Hearts (Possibly my favorite series ever). Xenogears and Legend of Dragoon are also very good.

Paper Mario, Chrono Trigger DS, The World Ends with You, and though I haven't actually finished it yet, I think Xenoblade Chronicles shall soon be added to the list as well.

I'd have to say Panzer Dragoon Saga. I also have to say that Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior, despite having great games in each series, aren't even considered when I think of the best JRPG ever.

Baten Kaitos and Secret of Mana

Panzer Dragoon Saga is really the best JRPG ever for me, followed by Chrono Trigger and Skies of Arcadia.

Xenogears in first place by a mile

then in no particular order: Tales of Destiny, Secret of Mana, Star Ocean 3, Lost Odyssey, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross.

Earthbound now and forever. Played that game probably 40-50 times all the way through throughout my childhood, such a fun game.
