The lack of Phantasy Star and Ys on here is disturbing.
My favorite J-RPGs ever are Phantasy Star series, Skies of Arcadia, Ys series, Shining series, Cosmic Fantasy series, Crono Trigger and Panzer Dragoon Saga.
